Terms and conditions

This is an interface for informative and trade purposes related to tobacco and non-tobacco products. Any purchase is upon the responsibility of the purchaser, abiding by his country’s rules and regulations for tobacco smoking, including but not limited to age restrictions and tobacco importation.

 

All orders placed are not confirmed until a delivery bill is issued. Cancellation of order might be, but is not restricted to the following reasons:

• Doubtful credit card
• Unsettled customer account
• Restrictions by SAMA

 

In case of order placed not confirmed, full amount will be refunded. Bank charges rise from the order placement, will be under the customer’s responsibility.

 

The website provides products in Saudi Riyal.

 

Lost packages and damaged orders, after being supported by pictures within three days of reception, will be replaced with a similar order package, with the shipping fee free of charge. In case the item is out of stock, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account.

 

Orders went out for delivery, cannot be cancelled anymore.

 

Other than the product price, other prices might be incurred, ALL included in your check out bag. These prices are limited to shipping fees and VAT.
